As a rule, parcels are delivered within 24 hours during the work week.
The delivery time may be longer if the delivery route involves transfers.

Track & Trace

You can monitor the progress of your consignment online using the consignment number. Go to Track & Trace

Arrival notification Matkahuolto will notify the consignee by text message or email when the parcel can be picked up.
Picking up Parcels are collected at the service point indicated in the arrival notification. Parcels are handed over on presentation of an ID. Acceptable IDs are a driving license, passport and identity card issued by the police. If the parcel is picked up by somebody other than the consignee indicated in the address card, the person collecting the parcel must have a written authorisation to collect it in addition to an acceptable ID. Written authorisation

Pricing policy Parcels are priced according to weight and chosen extra services. The freight for bicycles is determined according to the standard rate for 55 kg. Car tyres can be sent using the Tyre Set service.

Parcels are held free of charge for seven days following the date when the arrival notification is sent. After that, a storage charge applies. Parcels are held at the pick-up point for 14 days after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to the consignor at the consignor’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Storage charge
