Parcel services for private customers
Storage charge
Parcels are held free of charge for the day of arrival and the following four weekdays. After that, a storage charge is payable for each day the parcel is held.
The storage charge is € 6.58 per day. The price includes value added tax (23%).
Near Parcels and MyPack parcels are held for 14 days free of charge after which they are
returned to the consignor.
