Unclaimed parcels
Incoming BusParcels, Delivery and Express Parcels are routinely held for 14 days after which
they can be held for an additional
7 days at the consignor’s request. After this,
the parcel is returned to the consignor. If the consignor fails to collect the parcel, it
will be disposed of or put up for a public auction.
Near Parcels and MyPack Parcels ordered by mail or online will be held for 14 days. After
this, the parcel is returned to the consignor.
Return of parcels ordered by mail or online by customer
If you wish to return a parcel you ordered by mail or online, bring it back to the same
Matkahuolto outlet or Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket store where you collected it. In case of a
MyPack consignment or postal parcel, you can return it to any Matkahuolto outlet or Siwa,
Valintatalo or Euromarket store.
When returning parcels, use the return label provided with the parcel. Do not attach the
return label on top of the original parcel label. If the return label is not provided with the
parcel, Matkahuolto will print it for you when you return the parcel.
Return of TNT Post and DPD parcels by customer
Any TNT Post parcels carried by Matkahuolto can be returned to the Siwa, Valintatalo or
Euromarket store where it was picked up or to any Matkahuolto outlet.
DPD parcels carried by Matkahuolto cannot be returned to Matkahuolto or the stores; instead,
you have to agree on the return with the consignor who will give you instructions on how to do it.
