Parcel services for private customers
Home delivery
If you are unable to pick up your parcel at Matkahuolto, you can order home delivery to the
address indicated in the parcel label. The price charged for home delivery is indicated in the
price list.
The home delivery charge and any other charges related to the parcel can only be paid in
cash. Make sure you have exact change because the drivers do not carry petty cash.
If home delivery has been selected for your parcel when it was sent, Matkahuolto will inform
you of the time of delivery in advance.
