Handover of incoming parcel
You can pick up the parcel at the Matkahuolto outlet or Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket store indicated in the arrival notification. The parcel is handed over on presentation of an ID. Acceptable IDs are a driving license, identity card or passport.
Under the Road Transport Agreements Act, Matkahuolto is responsible for the consignment and
therefore the parcel will only be handed over to the person or company indicated in the parcel
label. If the parcel is picked up by somebody other than the consignee indicated in the parcel
label, the person collecting the parcel must have a written
authorisation to
collect it.
