Arrival notification
You will receive an arrival notification when a parcel sent to you can be picked up at the
Matkahuolto outlet or a Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket retail store. The arrival notification
indicates the Matkahuolto outlet or store where you can collect your parcel.
Usually, the notification of arrival is given in the form of a text message. If the consignor
has not entered your mobile phone number in the parcel label, you will be notified by post, fax or
phone. If the consignor has failed to enter any accurate contact details in the parcel label (phone
or fax number or accurate street address), the arrival notification cannot be given.
