Web customer interface

Matkahuolto's Web Customer Interface is a versatile application allowing you to transmit all the data for the consignment directly to Matkahuolto's computer system via the Internet. With the Web Customer Interface, you can complete the consignment note on your computer and track and trace the consignment online.

Advantages offered by the Web Customer Interface:

• faster processing of consignments
• online monitoring of outgoing and incoming consignments
• up to 15 packages can be sent per consignment
• allows you to migrate your customer register to the system
• monitoring of cash-on-delivery payments
• routing of the consignment to nearest Matkahuolto terminal based on post code
• allows you to send the Track & Trace link to the consignee's e-mail address.

To access and complete the claims form, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe's website free of charge.
