Track and Trace
Matkahuolto's Parcel Service makes use of a bar code system allowing you to track and trace the consignment online.
Instructions for completing the Track & Trace information
Type the address card, waybill or EDI document number in the consignment number field. You can also search for the consignment using the consignor reference. Type the reference number in the "Consignor ref." field.
Address card
- Type the number series under the bar code in the field. Note that the characters MH preceding
the number series and the characters FI following it are part of the consignment number. Type the
consignment number without spaces.
Example: MH123456789FI
Waybill
- Type the number series under the bar code in the field. The waybill consignment number is also shown in the top right-hand corner. Example: 123456789
EDI document
- Type the number series under the bar code in the field. Note that the characters MA preceding
the number series are part of the consignment number. Example: MA0000123456789000001
When you have entered one of the above search criteria, click "Search". If the search criterion is correct, the consignment data will be shown in chronological order.
If no consignment is found, a message saying "No consignment found" will appear. Check the field and click "Search" again.
