Matkahuolto’s international parcel services for companies

Matkahuolto is expanding the services it offers with its global International Parcel Service, which uses TNT’s worldwide scheduled delivery network. Matkahuolto’s customers can purchase the following services from the WEB Customer Interface or from any of Matkahuolto’s own service outlets:

Documents travel by airfreight and reach their destination in 1–8 days anywhere in
the world.

Parcels travel by airfreight and reach their destination in 1–8 days anywhere in
the world.

International parcels

Parcels are shipped surface mail and
reach their destination in 1–8 days anywhere
in the world.

How to use international services

Make sure that your company is using Matkahuolto’s WEB Customer Interface. Place your order in the customer interface and deliver your consignment to Matkahuolto’s nearest service outlet. For an additional fee, Matkahuolto will pick up your consignment.

The time it takes the parcel to reach its destination depends on the country it is going to and the service selected. The time it will take can be checked from a separate zone and delivery timetable.

The price of the consignment depends on the country it is going to, the service selected and the weight/size of the consignment. The price can be checked from the price list.

International air document

Documents that have no commercial value
can be sent as international airdocuments.
Consignments can be sent to any country
in theworld. In Europe, your consignment
might already reach its destination the
next day when it is travelling at its quickest.
For other destinations, it will take 2-8 workdays,depending on the country it is
going to. You can monitor your consignment through our WEB Customer Interface or use
the online Track & Trace service.

International air parcels

Consignments can be sent to almost any country in the world. In Europe, your consignment might already reach its destination the next day when it is travelling at its quickest. For other destinations, it will take 2-8 workdays, depending on the country it is going to. The price of the international air parcel includes customs clearance in the destination country. You can monitor your consignment through our WEB Customer Interface or use the online Track & Trace service.

This service is available for almost every country in the world. In Europe, your consignment could e ven reach its destination within two workdays; for other countries,
it will take 4–8 workdays, depending on what country it is going to. The price of the international parcel includes customs clearance in the destination country. You can monitor your consignment through our WEB Customer Interface or use the online
Track & Trace service.
